Purpose:
The Grievance Committee shall receive ethics complaints and arbitration requests to determine if a hearing is warranted.
Composition:
Number on Committee: Eleven
Chairman: Appointed by the President
Makeup: Eleven At-large members including at least one member from each Region
Restrictions: To be eligible to serve as a voting member of the Georgia Association Grievance Committee, a member must have served as a member of a local board/association Grievance Committee a minimum of two years.
Term: Two years (staggered)
